Hardware isn’t designed for it, from CPU ramping to flash read/write leveling, to pretty much everything else.

You can do it, but if you can afford to spend $150 on a minipc, you’ll get something significantly better for server purposes than a $200 phone.

Huge battery drain, Android will kill your service after it thinks it should (unless you're rooted or give the app a special permission which will be revoked at random times) and it's slower.

You generally want stability out of hosting a service and Android has a hostile environment for apps to run in by design to save battery.
