Her English name is Pashmina, in reference to her scarf. I’m guessing the Japanese name is similar.

You can find it under "Choice Hamtaro Playing Card", including someone in the Phillipines who sold the full deck for 60 PHP (1$).

I never heard of this Southeastasian site, but there was a 2nd one on there from a store dealing in a currency called mr (malaysian?). That one even has the (japanese) rules card in the listing photos.
