What kind of insane bullshit is that? How is he being held without bond?! Bro…where the fuck is the accountability for the police?

[–] tsonfeir@lemm.ee 28 points 11 months ago

They don’t want him talking while it’s still hot. They need time to find some dirt on him they can use to discredit or blackmail him with. Let’s hope he’s squeaky clean and puts up a fight!

I completely understand why he has to be held without bond. You never know when he'll lure the next car of unwittinging cops to crash into his bar so he can pick a fight with them.

Judges do not deserve absolute immunity. This is such a violation of so many of his rights the judge should be doing time.

ACAB and fuck Judge Rochelle M. Woodiest. Even local judges have such broad and seemingly arbitrary power.

"The incident happened in the city’s Carondelet neighborhood around 12:30 a.m. today, when a police SUV traveling northbound on South Broadway swerved across multiple lanes of traffic and into Bar:PM just as the LGTBQ bar was closing up."

Stonewall wasn't that long ago, was it?

Remember, any police statement is always gonna be full of lies. They claim he attacked the cops, and I don't believe that for a god damn second.
