In between my fingers but with my hand in a ball and the joint resting on my fingers. Its gremliny but comfortable. Its similar to how the guy smokes in tarkovsy's stalker movie smokes (just watched it last night)

I've been made fun of for the same reason ! that was years ago, I was somewhat more impressionable. I did care a little. I stopped caring some time later, by virtue of wising up.

I don't smoke anymore, I don't even vape in fact - I order gummies from the shop. But back when I did ? I'd say it was a 50-50 mix between index+middle and index+thumb.

Lol you can usually tell what people smoked first on how they hold a cig or joint.

I think the reason why most use index/thumb for joints is from manually rolling them vs cigs where there's a filter and such, as it keeps it together better/prevents scooby snacks.

Thumb and index, palm facing out. Interestingly my brother does thumb and index, palm facing in.

Honestly though, nobody should care about something so superficial.
