Shouldn't, sure. But we live in weird times where you can get sued for not using pretend names.
But, in the case of the US, it's only when Republicans or their constituents try to force you to use a pretend name. Otherwise they'll throw a temper tantrum that makes the tantrums a toddler would have look like nirvana levels of peace.
Yeah, the movie is probably such a bad propaganda piece that they know inviting the press would lead to more mockery and ridicule online than it's already receiving.
They know it's crap then.
