Hit-and-runs are a particularly evil kind of murder.

For one, the sheer balls on someone to think they have no responsibility for their action is outrageous.

But, also the fact that some people who are hit could have actually been saved if the driver stopped to call for help.

But the reality is that hit-and-run drivers face no consequences, even when found.
