They respect him in a sense that he's a dumb puppet to have divided the country enough to further destroy it from within in to advance Russian interests. They just don't respect him enough because he's a dumb puppet and that's all he is, besides no one respects a pedophile rapist piece of shit unless they themselves share the same interests.

Putin may be a lot of things but I doubt he's a pedophile rapist piece of shit.

What do they mean by "turned him into a joke"? Haven't they seen excerpts from the State of the Union Address or any of his speeches? What else could the Kremlin possibly add to that to make it more ridiculous?

Well, it seems a lot of our media was doing some typical Murc's Law shit after/during the SOTU.

I suppose if Russian state TV reports on that in a more straight way, vs. trying to "bothsides" the thing by talking about how Democrats "disrupted" Pedonald's stream of lies, they could make him even more of a joke.

Also, they have run nude pics of Melania, so there is that. 🤣

How do you turn a joke into a joke?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

Well, our Murc's Law media seemingly was still running the old playbook on Pedonald's recent SOTU, effectively sanewashing him.

Also, Russian State media runs nude pics of Melania, which definitely seems to be signaling what they really think of the guy, LOL.

FTFY: they show what a clown he is

You cannot turn someone into a clown who already is one.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

It's pretty obvious they think he's a clown. Which he obviously is.

I still laugh that they enjoy cucking him by displaying nude pics of Melania on their state media.
