Too frequently posting, AI image, you seem vaguely like an AI, also most importantly, try not to care. If you're gonna post, have something of substance to say. I post frequently (every few days) but its usually something that gets a good amount of positive engament because I've thought about it a bit or its a meme.

Step 1: stop posting garbage
There are no other steps.
Don't take it personaly. This just isn't the community to be posting your little life updates in. In my opinion, you'd get better engagement over on mastodon. Plenty of neuro-diverse peeps and it's generally better suited to micro-blogging then Lemmy.
You're posting random chat stuff in a meme community. Look up a casual conversation community. I think you'll have more of the response you're looking for there.

Does it really matter? Do you lose monetary value in your life? Do you lose social credits in your life? When things that don't matter happen, simply try not giving a shit.
You can easily make it so that you never see any downvotes via the Lemmy settings. Or, you can move to a Lemmy instance that doesn't allow downvoting.
Or just stop posting garbage!
