Say or do something unexpected to agitate your opponent and make them cause enough of a reaction and activity to promote your platform.

I've had coca leaves. Meh. Basically caffeine. The only problem is that they can be refined into cocaine, and the effort required to turn coca into cocaine compared to making fentanyl just makes that particular restriction extra stupid.

They need an equatorial rainforest climate to grow in economic quantities anyhow. Nobody is going to import literal tons of coca leaves to make trifling amounts of cocaine.
