Cheese linguine:
CHeese (cheddar, shredded), 1tbsp oat milk, arrowroot powder. use much salt, i did less than a tbsp though. mix. i also add many powders like peppers, cumin and mustard. stovetop simmering is probably the smart move... i microwaved this poor fella but it worked really good! and it was so fast, like wow. technology!

oven toasted pumpkin + sunflower seeds in the toaster oven.

add linguine. mix. add a bunch of black pepper and decorative parsley on top for the pic. ig ive a 10/10!
pre-mix, cheese is buried but stirs up very nice

Hmm. I don't think I've seen seeds/nuts used directly in pasta before (other than as an ingredient in pesto). That's an interesting idea. I'll have to experiment with that one.

Salted hot cheese nuts, pretty good combo! If I was doing stovetop I also woulda mixed some arugula into the sauce before transferring to the bowl. I try not to use the food processor most of the time; I have a bunch of flax seeds I need it to grind through and if my kitchenaid is anything to go by I don't wanna overuse it.
