Bro stop spreading Greg's propaganda. It's not a good supplement. There are literally zero studies showing it works in a controlled setting. It's snake oil.
Protein. Creatine. Sleep. Train harder than last time.
Those are the only supplements anyone will ever need.
Just operating off my personal anecdotal experience. I agree creatine is phenomenal and absolutely works. But that and turk haven't had anywhere near the same level of research, funding or time in use for you to definitively say its just propaganda. You're right I did hear about it through an influencer, kinda. I heard from a gym buddy in the same week I hear about it from more plates more dates though, not Doucectte. I decided to give it a try and had good result, thats my personal experience.
