As a Texan truck drivers are worse.

That's the nice part about living in old cities in europe. These things wouldn't even find a parking space here lmao.

Do they offer these for RAM drivers too? I need it for my city.

One of my favorite classic Top Gear episodes was when the lads drove locally sourced used cars across Africa.

is the cartoonishly inflated emotional support truck culture taking root in AUS as well? is it similar to the states where you see these hideous monstrosities driving around all polished and manicured, obviously never being driven off the pavement, or hauling anything more than dog food for the owner's pomeranian?

In Canada, they lift them so no one can see them having gay sex with prostitutes. But then, they are tippy, so they punch the wheels out past the fenders, which sprays shit everywhere in rain, and causes the hubs to wear quickly or break. What amazes me is that these guys have jobs that pay money. Of course, both lifting and wider wheels are not legal, but police do not enforce because they all own lifted trucks with wider wheels.

This Boomer woman, in a lifted pink BarbieDozer, ran into her spa because she could not see the sidewalk in front of her.

In a world driven by profit, commercial answers exist for all mental health.

Actual healthcare not included.

I'd be mortified too. You mean I didn't need to spend all of that money on a power vehicle?

[–] Zannsolo@lemmy.world 1 points 1 hour ago (1 children)

My two year old likes big trucks, it hurts my soul to act excited when we see one.

i had big truck toys when i was little. monster trucks, bulldozers, anything heavy machinery. pretty sure that's a baby phase most people grow out of

I do like how it specified city, acknowledging yeah there's sometimes a decent use case for this, but why the fuck did you bring it here?
