that presentation is a mess, if that hasn’t been touched by the customer that plating is shameful

it’s ok to do seasonal and regional

i’d be much more impressed by that then ‘fancy’ presentation processed food

if it tasted good i’d give it a pass though

also I really hope that’s not hapa as in Hawaiian for half

why is overpriced generic ‘fusion’ food so popular in the US

because the name of the restaurant is mixing sushi with hapa

bet it’s in a strip mall ( after looking it up it’s worse, it’s the new mixed use yuppie fad)

THE MOST DELICIOUS JAPANESE + HAWAIIAN FOOD FUSION

"Hapa" is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian & American cultures.
