Could be a podium made from interlocking cement modules. Just a guess.

Not just Trump flags, the last protest I was at had a single counter protester with a "Charlie Kirk" flag. It was the dumbest flag I've seen so far on this planet.
It's likely a shot at the Brexit crowd. However he's been careful to not make it too specific, so it could be seen as aimed at anyone blinded by flag waving patriotism.
The question is if it's real Banksy. I did read that the signature on the concrete is his signature, but he haven't posted on his social media to prove it.
