Could be a podium made from interlocking cement modules. Just a guess.
i'm looking for a seam and not finding one. it might be a podium you can just wheel out, if it's not already something for temporary art pieces.

Yeah, they literally have their own flags... It does fit them well.
Not just Trump flags, the last protest I was at had a single counter protester with a "Charlie Kirk" flag. It was the dumbest flag I've seen so far on this planet.
It's likely a shot at the Brexit crowd. However he's been careful to not make it too specific, so it could be seen as aimed at anyone blinded by flag waving patriotism.
