No, it predates AI.
But it was definitely "enhanced" by AI. If you zoom just a little it becomes unquestionably obvious.

Depends on your perspective. 11ft bridge have claimed the lives of many large vehicles.
that's only because of 2 things... idiots and corporations that require truckers to drive a set route and punish the drivers for deviating even if that deviation is because some idiot in corporate who doesn't drive trucks made a decision.
