I would buy one or two of the national parks. Those places are really cool.
Except they are within the US. Is there one right on a national border?
There's Glacier on the US side and Waterton in Canada that are ajacent to each other. There were hiking trails that cross the border when I was there in 2009.
A couple have ocean access.

Lately temu ads have gotten really incredibly wrong, way over the top and just generally bizzare. Feels like they fired their marketing department and replaced it with AI
