I agree. It's about time we stop the "they are just dumb" discourse. Being stupid doesn't exempt you from the consequences of your acts. They are dumb, but they are also evil. I agree. And the idea of dumb is condescending. Some might be, some can also be smart, or persistent. That is often overlooked, and thats a dangerous underestimation.
Secondly the idea that taking the high road is the right thing to do, we have being doing that a long time and it’s been taken advantage off. There’s a big scale between being ideologically pure or a pacifist, to what you can still achieve with the ‘threat’ of consequence. People need start calling it what it is, it’s a fight and being ethically right is not going to save you from a bully.
