Facebook did a big crackdown on "fake" names ages ago. I recall being forced to change my account to use my "real" name instead of the one by which most of my friends and acquaintances knew me. Have they given up trying to enforce this?

I just photoshopped my fake name onto a picture of an ID and they accepted it as proof.
I made a facebook a couple years ago to buy a tractor from marketplace. They kicked me off in a couple days for not believing my name was authentic. I already had gotten in touch with the seller, so I didn't care.

No, I had help. Then I stole all the credit and pretend they didn't exist.
I don't think they care as much these days, I've seen some absolutely wild fake names recently
Yes, they let you change it now. I think you can only change it every three months or something like that.
