At this point, they aren't even trying to tell anybody that. They're openly arguing prejudice is OK.
this citizen needed valid proof of citizenship and lawyers just to get out of 'detention' in 25 days; and then another six months and be issued a passport (using the same documentation provided earlier) in order to not get 'removed' from the country they are a native-born citizen of.
