Hot damn, wasnt expecting this. Should improve the Wolves a great deal, they really needed a high quality distributor. Sad to see Naz go. Great player and a fun guy.

With both Randle and Reid leaving, they've traded a lot of size away, though, and it's not like they got all that much back from the draft. It'll be interesting to see how they handle that next season.

The Wolves were built to take down Jokic and the Nuggets. These moves almost feel like they're no longer concerned with the Nuggets and are now trying to position themselves to compete with the Thunder.

This feels more like take down Wemby and Spurs and OKC. They are now a big team on the perimeter: Ball 6'7" Ant 6'4" but plays bigger, Dosumu 6'4". tall and with length.

Probably see more minutes for Joan. He is really raw, but has looked good in his limited minutes. He is a young french guy we drafted who started basketball late, but seems to have grown his game very quickly. Its possible we dont need that much more size, McDaniels is an elite defender, even against PFs and we needed less people in the paint around Gobert. Randle constantly clogged everything up.

I think the biggest part is it'll take some load off of Ant. It seems like every year Ant either runs out of gas or gets injured cause he had to do everything on offense.

Absolutely, and a big factor in that was our lack of distributor. Now we have a guy who can get the ball to Ant in the right spot without him having to do all the work himself first.

Feels like the Dame to Bucks last gasp type of move before Ant asks out if Ball plays less than 40 games.

Yeah I think people are focusing on the upside way too much. Last year and his rookie year are the only season above 50 games played I believe.

Like it may looks great when he’s healthy but that’s going to be such a potential risk and they now pretty much no draft capital to change this team much.

And his brother was out of the league by 28 because of "similar" injuries I think. I can't help but wonder if that's from their dad forcing them to wear those garbage shoes lol?

The picks that the Hornets are getting are 2033 unprotected first-round pick, pick swaps in 2028, ’29 and ’30 and three second-round picks (’29, ’32 and ’33).

Can't believe Raps were trying to trade for Ball while passing up on Philon. Both can break down defenses.
