Love the way it looks.

Think I prefer the basic salad mix taste though. Think this would be better for adding some color to another green.

Makes sense. I know the leaves are a good substitute for spinach, in addition to the seeds being a nutritious pseudograin, yet the idea of using it for microgreens never occurred to me. I'll have to consider this for myself!

You all here are inspiring me! I used to have a decent window herb garden until aphids shut it down a couple years ago, but I'd like to start it back up again soon...
