For anyone actually considering this question, I'd say its worth the on-sale price.

Its an interesting game. Half game, half TV show (videos are in-game, with real-life actors and everything). Gameplay isn't going to blow your mind, but its certainly good enough to hold the narrative, which is what you're actually playing this for.

I miss Lance Reddick. He made such good villains. It always takes me back now, that whenever there's references to his Quantum Break character like in Alan Wake 2 they not only changed the characters name to avoid suits, but they also had to change the actor. It would have been incredible to have him for Alan Wake 2... And so many other games and shows.

To the question about getting it, yes definitely do. In a way it's a beginning of the Remedy-verse, even if they can't fully reference it due to not being able to fully get the rights back. It's a workable action shooter with a very convoluted plot, and an interactive TV show too. And the graphics where very advanced for the time, already using things like dynamic resolution. I'd say it holds well today.
