wait til you get off em, realize your mental health is directly tied to your drinking + drug use and that it’s a lot easier to maintain stability and things like a happy and healthy relationship and social life when you quit drinking every day or doing hard drugs + not sleeping enough :) trust me when I tell you I know
I am glad you are doing what you want with your own body. If only I was afforded such human rights as well.
I don’t mean to trivialize, I know it’s not as easy as “just stop”, but I do know it’s possible, I know it’s possible even for those who don’t feel like it is, because I felt that it was impossible. Drinking is a whole other beast though, to be fair, I’ve never dealt with a drinking addiction. Been watching people die in their 50s from it, however.
Also talking specifically about abusing narcotics, I don’t mean like medicine your doctor has prescribed either unless it’s an addictive narcotic you don’t need to take anymore

drugs and alcohol are good, but no where near as good as sex. lol
Why take temporary solutions when a permanent solution exist. 😉
