Why am I being tasered?
This question needs to be answered before any meaningful conclusion can be made. If I am being tasered by cops to stop me from unjustifiably harming you, responsibility for that tasering falls on me, not you, nor the cops protecting you.
If I am being tasered for no good reason, responsibility falls on the taserer.
If there is no consequences, it wont matter
Always wear a large sign on your back (they taser always from behind), saying:
"Do not taser!
Heart condition!"
That will make them taser you twice as good, so it is over quickly.

The sign being metal would probably provide a low-impedance path for the electricity to flow around your body instead of through it. It would function similarly to a faraday cage.
Maybe it would work if you wore like a shirt so the only parts contacting your body was your shoulders, ensuring amperage goes across your heart...
The law says jails and police have a "duty to care" for those in their custody, which would include being aware of, and sensitive to, any medical conditions you might have. So, in fact, yes.
However, police, jails, and those responsible for overseeing them have more than demonstrated their willingness to ignore what the law plainly says. So, in practice, it depends.

The answer to questions about law always depend on what country you are talking about.
Probably not, sadly. Depends on jurisdiction of course. In the US qualified immunity means if they can argue they used the minimum amount of force needed to control the situation they will likely be found to have used appropriate force, even if they knew it could be particularly harmful to you.
