To cull the young, weak, poor, and old; basically anyone who'd cheer if the guillotines' blades fell of the rich.
I understand why he might have been anti-vax during COVID, as he probably had financial interest in that hydroxychloroquine nonsense.
But what is the point of being anti-vax now? What is there to gain? Is the plan just to sell the next snake oil? I can't imagine killing off your own populace in droves for no reason. Usually at least there is a financial incentive to murder thousands.
