Yes but do you know what is a great idea?
Blowing up the whale with dynamite. This is always a good idea.
Also aren't whale carcasses also prone to explosion due to the pressure caused by the decay?
Not only that but they are a dinner alarm for sharks.
I don't even know how they are able to withstand the smell. Did they kill the whale themselves so it's still fresh or something?
