I was gifted a Handpresso machine as a portafilter for on the go, so a new rabbit hole to explore ;)

I had a Costa Rican iced pour over this weekend that was fantastic. It was at a local coffee shop and I liked it so much I had to bad a small bag of the beans even though it was really pricey. I'm hoping to try replicating it at home with my V60 later this week.

I bought a kenyan coffee at my local roaster and it has been very fun experimenting with it. It tastes very good as an iced latte. It almost tastes sweet without adding anything else

Someone shared the coffee compass to help with brewing: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0057/6235/1219/files/Coffee-Compass.pdf-1024x1024.jpg

All I learnt is that I can't tell what my coffee tastes like 😅.

Hmm is that powdery or dull? I either need to extract more, or extract less.
