That article is dated Apr 3.

Latest version here

~~Mind how you go - it's still Alpha.~~

I think you got the wrong link, the downloads to Mullvad Browser are here and it's not on Alpha.

[–] baggins@beehaw.org 2 points 1 year ago

Ah right - I took the link from the right hand side of the page. But that's **Tor Browser **. 🤦 I'll correct it.

Looks like it's for windows only?

[–] RiQuY@lemm.ee 4 points 1 year ago

You have tabs on top of the download button to change the platform.

Sorry about the old news, i missed it when it came out and didn't pay attention to the date of the article !

As others have pointed out, this article is a bit old and the browser has been available for a while now. I've used it a little bit - it's kind of like going into super-private mode. Use it with the VPN and every website will think you're a bot bc they have no clue where you came from. It's useful to have installed for those times you want some extra security 🏴‍☠️

I daily drive it. I use it with mullvad VPN. I don't run into bot checks that often. It's completely usable for a daily driver

Is nouben a bot posting old content?

[–] nouben@beehaw.org 17 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Nope, just an old lad that didn't pay attention to the date of the article and who missed the news (although i'm a mullvad customer ^^)

The bot is hallucinating again. Someone turn it off and on again ;)

Sorry, i am a large language model and i can't help you with this ! Feel free to ask another question ;)

Why doesn't my dad love me?

[–] nouben@beehaw.org 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Totally a human answering here, not a robot ! Maybe your human father needs a human therapist because we humans sometimes engage in strange human behaviors !

[–] CaptainAniki@lemmy.flight-crew.org 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Probably the same reason the bot didn't even respond. No one loves you.

[–] nouben@beehaw.org 2 points 1 year ago

Ahah nice sarcasm ! As i am totally human i understand this and it makes my body engage in laughter !

[–] upstream@beehaw.org 1 points 1 year ago

Probably because his dad didn’t give room to learn how to express his emotions.

We copy what we learn.

Are they also planning for Android?
