The visual issues you’re describing sound like ocular migraine symptoms, they don’t always come with pain. Taking more frequent small breaks from the screen might help too. Be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal :)

People don't always appreciate the potential seriousness of head injuries. And unfortunately it doesn't take a long fall to become serious.

Concussion or TBI?
A concussion is a TBI. It is just on the milder end of it.
Yes but the trauma/impact would usually drive the distinction. This sounds a little above mild
