I stooped so low I applied for a php vibecoder job. Yes, the position's literally called "vibe coder". I hate vibe coding, but man' s gotta eat.
I didn't get it.

All the candied jalapeños sealed but there's still almost all of a quart in the fridge so I'm trying to eat them. They're still very hot being fresh and my little teeth caps hate heat now.

We need to take the cars in for their every few months things, and I hate doing it. Mother wants them at a specific place, they're her cars, so we do that.

The cat is being a goblin child. I love her.

We need it brother. Seeing you succeeding and posting daily is one of the few rays of hope for me that I will be able to get myself back on track.

Work is being extremely shitty about accommodations. I moved to the middle of nowhere from a big city and while my previous employer was flawed, they at least understood their legal obligations. I've been way too flexible with them.

I've seen some astonishing bullshit from these guys in terms of fumbling HR stuff (getting parental leave entitlements wrong, despite it being federally protected not their own policy) and accessibility (no subtitles or transcripts for mandatory training videos) but once I get a few good night's sleep they are going to learn what weaponized autism looks like 😎

(Meaning I'm coming prepared to inform them of their obligations)

That sucks I hope they listen to you and don't try to make it miserable. I've worked for small companies and they have their downsides as much as corporations unfortunately.

It's not a small company, there are several thousand employees and more than a hundred at my location 😭

But I will win because I have an infinite well of stubbornness. Even if winning means I choose to work at a less shit place but put the fear of god in them about how badly they are fumbling their legal responsibilities before I go.
