Climate Super-Pollutant from China’s Electric Grid (SF₆) Is Cooking the Planet

Not saying this shouldn't be reported and addressed, but the headline makes it sound like China's electrical infrastructure is killing us all, when the situation is more like, China's electrical infrastructure could be much better without much extra cost.
The CO2 equivalent the article is talking about is less than the CO2 of emitted by cars in California alone.
It is probably enabling renewable energy consumption all over the world too, so is probably making up for those emissions by reducing CO2 consumption elsewhere.
So the headline makes it sound like China is cooking the planet with this stuff, but that's like calling out one person's fart and screaming that it's stinking up the shit factory.
We should try and do to SF6 what we did with CFCs. True, CFCs are still being released, but international regulations have been really effective in a massive reduction in general
