Monty should start Ivey over Hayes for starters. Thompson and Duren are good enough defenders to cover for the defensive drop from Hayes to Ivey.
Poku, Bol Bol and Mobley are of the same archetype as well (7 footers with guard skills). Poku and Bol Bol just aren’t on the same level talent-wise as Wemby and Chet and Mobley has the high defensive ceiling but likely not as talented on offense. So that’s 5 guys of this 7+ foot multi-skilled archetype drafted in the last 5 years or so.
Morey said he wants a two-way player so it's likely to be someone like Caruso or OG. My only question is how much offensive fire power he's after, Caruso is maybe a 5th option on a championship team.
