I am a Sales Executive at a startup for almost a year, soon to be a CMO (don't ask how) I have built a big portfolio working with big internation and local organizations, but the problem about the business is that it makes slow money which is like a volcano, big cash out, but very less frequent.

I've made my own digital marketing agency and I have a team ready to do the service delivery for me, but I'm looking for someone that does outreach but I can only work on comission, so I built a trust system where he has the permission to look at everything I do with any request he makes through a contract, but I believe that the trust isn't complete.

What is a better trust system alternative to recruit an outeacher to accept comission?

I'm not looking to become an expert at it, I just want a straightforward way of learning what's necessary to deliver results, it doesn't have to be perfect.

Step 1: Reverse Engineering

Examples:

Imagine your dream outcome is to become an ethical hacker proficient in keylogging and IP address retrieval. Now, reverse engineer the steps to achieve that.

If you aspire to be a freelancer earning $0-$10,000 per month in copywriting, reverse engineer the path to reach this level.

How to Prompt ChatGPT to Provide You with the Correct Guide:

Here are some examples of what you can ask ChatGPT:

• "My dream goal is to establish a successful copywriting side hustle in weight loss for men, working as a content creator for a weight loss company client, earning $0-$10,000 a month. Can you guide me through this, starting from scratch, without any testimonials or experience?"

• "Reverse engineer a Twitch channel with 1000 followers. I'm a complete beginner on Twitch."

• "Can you reverse engineer a freelance career in video editing, aiming to make $0-$10,000 per month, even though I have no testimonials or experience?"

• "Imagine a dream outcome of becoming an ethical hacker skilled in computer hacking, keylogging, and IP retrieval. Reverse engineer this for someone with no ethical hacking experience, who wants to self-study it as a hobby."

Step 2: Asking the Right Questions

Once you've reached a certain level, whether it's in your business or ethical hacking skills, remember to ask the right questions to get the right answers.

Examples:

Instead of asking, "How do I start a business?" start by taking practical steps from the reverse-engineered plan you've been given. When faced with a specific challenge, ask, "Now that I have clients and things are going well, but it's taking a toll on me due to the lack of automation, how can I automate my digital marketing agency?"
