Exactly this. They're not a political party they are a corporate entity whose job is sitting in chairs to block actual political parties from having a chance

They're Congress. They can "roll back" laws because their job is making laws. Why do they need "obscure" laws to do this?
This is all by design. They no interest in winning
Yeah but legally Congress allocates funds. This isn't binding (yeah yeah I know, none of these people care about the law)
