Me seeing this post after spending $420 on the 660s2

Are the components of the HD 660s2 of inferior quality than the OG HD 600? (alien.top)
 

I just ordered the HD 660s2 yesterday but unfortunately today I read somewhere that the newer headphone has lower quality components than the original 600 series headphones due to the increased cost of the materials in Europe. Is this true?
