Back in those days we’d also type :'-( instead of 😢.

I still do! Fuck the pictures!

Unless it's 🤮

That one really just gets the point across really well lol

It's either LSA or LSH, it's been almost 20 years since I made it so I forget which is which, but basically the process involves extracting one of those and turning it into the more potent other.

For me it was like a much weaker LSD, but you still felt it quite a bit.

Lol a few days straight, but then just sporadically over a few months. I didn't notice much as far as tolerance buildup over those few days

I always enjoy seeing the double asterisk in places where that formatting doesn't work. It's like ahh I know you type elsewhere often enough that it has become part of your "style" of writing lol

I did LSD for a few months when I lived with a few friends, I loved that stuff.

LSA is pretty cool too and you can make it yourself without any risk of poisoning. Not sure about the rules so I won't explain how unless someone says it's cool lol

I was thinking more about news coverage, but I guess I should have realized they would never want to cover something like this because the billionaire owned media wouldn't want people to know about it.

Considering this is literally the first time I'm even hearing of this I'm going to guess this isn't going to be very impactful :/

As far as what constitutes a good sense of humor I think there are a few ways to see it. One way to see it is being able to "take a joke," to know that you shouldn't be offended depending on the joke.

Another way to see it is the actual understanding/ability to make jokes and to know when to do so.

A third way to see it is with your eyes.

...ok I'll leave. :P

I mean your name is Bones Of The Moon and obviously that only has one meaning: moon boners. So you're a moon dude. Well, multiple moon dudes... It's just basic science.

:P

It all depends on what you like. It's a good mix of dark and light and the paimon knock off is pretty chill, they really only pop up at important times in the story they aren't the constant annoyance always speaking for the player like paimon is.

The 2.0 arc goes through a fantasy like land that leads to a gladiator/rome themed area so not sure how you feel about that but it gets dark all throughout that. The next area we're going to is kinda unknown but it seems like it's going to be much heavier in the "tech" vibe and should give a lot of backstory to the main character since they seem to have some connection to this new place.

I play that as well as genshin... I have a problem lol

ZZZ got me to stop spending money though, they're way too fucking greedy. I went full pity and lost every single 50/50 in that game and almost all of them were nekomata... Hoyo can go to hell lol

I guess it depends on why you think it's bad, so for me it's Wuthering Waves. I absolutely love that game, but it's "bad" because it's a gacha game and that monetization scheme is absolutely fucking disgusting.

The game itself is actually really good and the story/side stories had me cry like 4 times already lol

US media company Paramount Global has agreed to pay $16 million (£13.5m) to settle a legal dispute with US President Donald Trump regarding an interview it broadcast on CBS with former Vice President Kamala Harris.

As usual corporations looking for special treatment, hoping to have their merger accepted, refuse to fight the fascist...

I wish someone would sue Fox for fucks sake..

91°F (32.7°C) in the factory I work at.

The law states "all factories must maintain a reasonable temperature and humidity."

Nowhere is reasonable ever defined. I am mildly infuriated. And very hot lol

Edit: 94° (34.4C) now and this post has made it close to the top of "Hot"... The gods are having a laugh lol

Hey Lemmy! Time to do some digging!

I was sent a link from a friend about some Totally Cool™ guy who has close ties to JD Vance: Curtis Yarvin. Anyone aware of this guy and his desires? I won't put the link in here as my last post was removed because of it, but a comment within the thread is copied below.

Apparently Japanese media covered the story as was posted to Reddit, but there doesn't seem to be too much talk of this in the US.

From a comment in the reddit discussion: “Curtis Yarvin is a far-right ‘intellectual’ that wants to end democracy and install what I can only really describe as cyberpunk feudalism. He’s suggested turning the United States into a patchwork of corporate fiefdoms ruled with absolute impunity by CEOs, as well as putting mandatory ankle monitors on all unemployed and poor people. This sounds like a joke, but I’m serious. JD Vance is not just a fan of him intellectually, but also a personal friend. As someone who has known about Yarvin for several years, it’s been really concerning seeing how he could potentially become a Rasputin-like figure in the event of a Trump victory. Beyond this, Yarvin has also spent many years advocating for what sounds eerily like Project 2025.”

For those familiar with Star Citizen lore, he apparently wants to turn the US into the Stanton system “lol” …
