Warriors are better then they appear (they have a losing record but a +2 point differential adjusted for SOS). Lakers are worse then they appear (they have a winning record but a -0.5 point differential adjusted for SOS)

Thunder win more games than the Nuggets. Shai is close or ahead of Jokic in advanced stats.

Way too soon

The Celtic’s net rating is now +10 in DunksandThrees (which is probably the best measure of regular season strength). That’s the highest net rating since the 2016-17 Warriors. Given that the Celtic’s off season transactions (in particular the addition of Holiday and KP) are clearly paying massive dividends for them already, why was it not covered as a clear win at the time and instead covered as a risky gambit?

It’s going to be very volatile early in the season. I expect Giannis to be a top 3 candidate by the end of the season

Example of a not so bold prediction: Wemby will in ROTY
