As long as injuring a QB is a 15 yard penalty and a player fine, QBs will keep getting hurt.

If one team commits 10x more penalties, then yeah it should. I’m all about fair refereeing but the refs aren’t obligated to fabricate penalties or let things go for one side just to “even things up”.
