It must be very hard for these investigators knowing that Trump may be throwing away all their efforts by pardoning these terrorists in the very near future.
The tests for a given job in the military are legally required to be gender and age neutral. This silly dink is lying. As it says in the article:
The basic physical fitness tests differ across military services and are typically adjusted by age and gender.
“These are basically just to see if this person is fit to be in the military, whether they’re a heart surgeon or a Catholic chaplain or a combat person,” Manning said. “But for every single job in the military, there’s also a set of occupational standards that have to be met. By not voting, the other 40% helped put Trump in office. When the trolly is heading down the tracks to kill the lady in distress, sitting on your ass and doing nothing makes you complicit.

Corporations always get in the mindset of, "Rake in the profits now and well deal with the consequences later." When the consequences are decades away, it never really becomes later to them. They just focus on the profits.
These are civil trials, not criminal, and can not it be pardoned.
