Some people do, some people don't. One big difference online is that projection is a lot bigger of a thing. Because letters don't tend to have a face or tone of voice, so your brain has to fill in a lot about what's being said.

Things like these, that your brain does automatically, can change. And you can control how. Practice trying to see things in a different manner, and you might find it changes how things you see tend to 'seem' to you at first sight.

That would be a gt 8800. It was a gift from a friend when I build my first pc.

With some tweaking, it ran great for years even though it was quite old by the time it was given to me. It had some features I kinda miss in newer gpu's

This article paints a rather distorted picture of the the perception of different people. Those examples are not representative.

Also, the main reason styles change is because people's preferences change. We had pretty and ugly buildings in the past, in all sorts and shapes and forms. And we still do.

Prettier architecture does tend to be left up for longer. And it's easy to forget that what remains is not a complete picture. That's called survivor bias.

"metapornography" is a term new to me.

I'd expect some sort of extra interesting sex education thing. But they're on about softcore porn or people looking attractive?

BREIN needs to pull their heads out of their ass and realize this has next to no effect. The reason piracy is popular is because the alternative is worse.
