a chrome extension called WebScrapBook does the trick. Install it on a chromium based browser, such as kiwi or one that isn't getting discontinued
If you get yourself a job offer (not a vacancy) you can get yourself a staying permit. Getting into a school is an option too.
Tip: go trough Frankfurt airport in Germany. Much less paperwork and explaining to do there. Then take an ice train (inter continental express) to the Netherlands. No border checks :p
