My f150 is 80 from bone dry at $3.50.

Tell me you are single living alone without saying it 🤣
CAL got somewhat serious at the very top and was basically the precursor to MLG. CAL open was very hit or miss, but at least in CS it got quite serious pretty quickly. Those top players were some of the first ever to get paid semi consistent and were the best in the world at the time.
I participated in a local Unreal Tournament competition and won $3k. Was $75 buy in and I think I got somewhat lucky in my match placement. Was allowed to do this solo at 14 🤣.
Lots of terrible players in my bracket while I watched the best pick each other off on the other half. Took second honestly by sitting back and picking off kills from others engagements 🤷♂️.
I did CAL P on in the CS1.6 era with middling success.
I barely can get high in the mid tier leagues today. Too much specialization, meta, guns, characters, and the playing field is literally thousands of times bigger.
Call me a snowflake, but fuck it, it's not helpful to generalize men this way. From Gen X through Z and kids today men and women are getting the education to speak to each other more open and with clinical "awareness". It takes generational education and you have a political climate activity screeching at them to be hyper masculine or whatever you want to call it.
Statements like this are not helpful and breed resentment.

Honestly... overrated unless you are at home and looking to kill time or take a moment to yourself.
I'll take a sauna/bath/sitnpiss on the occasion but the quickie is just easier in most cases and definitely outside the home where you're dealing with public restrooms.
No idea. How often is the rack full with 7 bikes?
There are dozens of suburbs just like this that ban street parking! DOZENS OF THEM!
Skipping past the overwhelming use case to be pedantic about an edge case is an absolute waste of everyone's time and energy. It's entirely unhelpful and painfully prevalent in these parts.
Home values up until very recently would net 4-5% a year in value when adjusted for things like maintenance, lower mortgage rates vs rent, inflation, and other considerations.
You can buy a moderate sized home to raise a family and grow into while being nearly certain that you're going to have moderate gains while maintaining a fixed cost over 30 years. If you move you can be nearly certain in most situations to be able to sell or rent. You can invest in improving the property knowing you'll make back 50% of those costs later.
Get old age don't need a big house anymore? Sell it and add that 75% of mortgage money you paid directly back into your retirement income.
There are very very few investments as historically safe and as useful as the mortgage in the USA.
Accept it and buy insurance. Make sure it includes public parking. Yes, this sucks.
