Hello Entrepreneurs..

I’ve started several smaller businesses that have been profitable and I’ve been to sell over the years (6 and 7 figures.). Throughout it all.. I’ve maintained my corporate job where I get a mid 6 figure salary. At 50.. I’m really done with the corporate job.. what thought processes do you use to go all in on something ?

You’re issue us that you only want to work 10- 20 hrs a week. Too many people read “4 hour workweek” probably the easiest thing you can do is buy an existing Saas and upgrade it.

Every problem I built a company around, I had the problem and couldn’t find solutions.

Amazon is less a store than it is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and taking a piece from everyone than it is a store. What I do is build a platform and service to do the same with Service Merchandise who could have dominated the industry. Business takes 5% of every sale. 50k only works since I’m a dev and could build in India.
