Thanks these seem great ordered them on a discount too. Do you know if their own zigbee controllers are any good? They are not that expensive and idk they are from the same brand so maybe its atleast tested for proper color reproduction

 

I am looking for good light strips meant for indoors and hopefully with a silicon sheath so they can be reused when moving to a new place. I want to use these with the zigbee led strip controllers and looking for some strips which can produce good soft colors like hue (I cant just go buy hue because I need 10M of this stuff and hue will cost like 500$) my ceiling for these is 120$

I figured this out a few days ago actually. There is a project called ESP32-Faikin you can find it on google pretty easy use that it requires the unit either have a S21 port or X50A port but if your unit has a S403 port then you can use that as well the pinout for the S403 is at https://community.openenergymonitor.org/t/hack-my-heat-pump-and-publish-data-onto-emoncms/2551/117?page=2 just wire it appropriately to the faikin board and you are good to go
