This is an L take, Demar DeRozan is an exception to the threes over deep two rule. I think there was a thinking basketball video on how for some peculiar reason his efficiency drops significantly from deep two to three range. He’s consistently been one of the most efficient mid-range scorers for a decade.

Yes the three is usually a much better option than the deep two but it also depends on who’s taking it.

As for the self-cantered, he’s literally been loved by every fan base he’s been to so idk man.

Following on from a post by u/KaptainMurica96. We know 7 of Draymond’s last 11 ejections (since 2019/20) were without Steph.

I decided to dig a bit deeper using statmuse and spotrac we can work out the exact percentage chance Draymond gets ejected given Steph is either on/off the court since 2019/30.

Green has played 160 games with Steph and has been ejected 4 times. This gives us a rate of ejection of 2.5%.

Green has played 74 games without Steph and has been ejected 7 times giving us a rate of ejection at ~9.5%

This translates to Draymond Green being almost 4 times more likely to be ejected when his dad is not playing.
