I used to believe that a company could succeed by catering to digital nomads. Then I came to this forum and quickly realized that no company could possibly please the DN (Douchebag Nerd) community.

Most DNs look like a sack of crap, so naturally this post will receive no upvotes. But I agree with you. The denizens of my home city in the USA look and dress like shit. Most people that I meet in Latam think I'm European.
I can't speak to Europe, although anecdotally I've heard that Stockholm is ideal if tall Nordic blondes are your thing. Bogota, Colombia has the most hot women per capita that I've seen in my life. Model quality women everywhere that also dress well. Montreal, Quebec and Vancouver, BC would be my picks north of the Rio Grande.
We did everything that shitter countries are doing now 100 years ago (literally). China's train stations will look very dated in 50 years too

I just looked at that Nomadstays site. Grand total of one shitty hostel room in Colombia for a month lol.
Anything with the prefix "co" is usually ghastly, so I won't bother with that one
