Thank you for your reply.

Would an email with confirmation of interest be sufficient enough to be legally binding.

(I am allowed to do this)

I received a request to source a very rare classic car for a client. This is my first time doing it, so it's all a very new experience.

Long story short, I found the perfect car, off market for a reasonable price. I ask 3% commission. And the person on the sellers side asks 7%.

I'm not really sure how to proceed. The client wants more information on the car, photo's etc. But I don't want him to have enough information to double cross me.

Should I set up a contract before proceeding, should I just give him the information, what is my next step?

Most IG’s with 6 figures go for 1000$ and up
