I’m almost 100% sure that’s what he’s doing, he knows he wasted most of the clock only to get a low percentage shot off.
But his feud with Green—who infamously punched Poole during a Warriors practice last October—is the reason Poole finds himself in our nation’s capital rather than the decorated confines of Golden State.
That’s one theory. Another is that he’s low efficiency chucker, who makes terrible decisions with the ball, plays no defence, and is constantly throwing up trash shots in crunch time despite sharing the court with Curry and Klay.
Probably a bit of both.
This is not news. Poole is no defence, no effort, selfish, inefficient chucker, clearly nobody would view him as anything remotely close to a franchise player.
