Jordan you’re an absolute liability.
1 ring and thinking his legacy as a basketball player is fine.
Poole is only 4 years in and he is talking like retirement is just around the corner.
When you get a contract for 130 mil plus endorsements I mean retirement is always on the table.. if he doesn’t enjoy it then he can just walk away. He’s got fuck you money now. No need to dance for his feed.
Deandre "Definitely getting to my second contract; that's my success" Ayton vibes
He’s not wrong, winning that ring while being a meaningful contributor is a big part of why he got the bag he did
Kind of absurd but it’s not like he didn’t contribute to that title. They don’t win it without him.
They most likely do. He was a liability in the finals. He wasnt needed to beat the non contendersnin the west
That was a weird title run i swear i remember steph and wiggins being the only good GS players those finals dray and poole both got benched at different points
People don't wanna admit it but draymond was kinda ass in the finals, He had some good moments no doubt but it was honestly Steph/Wiggins/Poole/Looney in the first 4-5 games, Shit even tho Klay didn't have the best performance he still had way more crucial shots to help them when they was down.
Steph did a lot that postseason even klay was meh in the finals. Wiggins was their second best player which I guess adds to the steph legacy for that season
JP played less and less bc of defense as the playoffs went on, but he was good in the 16 minutes he’d get vs the Celtics because his shotmaking was on fire.
Basically did what an ideal 6th man should do
What do you find absurd? Literally all he said is that winning a ring and being financially set means he can focus on enjoying his work.
I don’t think his legacy is “taken care of”. He can go down as a guy that peaked for a season or two and never lived up to that. Or he could a star player the Warriors regret letting go. Or anywhere in between.
lol
Lol couple shitty seasons away from.being forgot forever. Except as the guy draymond punched
Jordan Poole gonna be telling his kids in a couple years that he was the MVP of the 2022 NBA Finals, and that he was the Splash Daddy and carried the Splash Bros and Donkey.
Is he wrong though.
Stop with this Kyrie/Doc Rvers shit where y'all try to take away their ring because you don't like them.
Bro contributed heavily towards a Ring and got himself a $130m deal. His career has been a massive personal success for him.
His running mate Lyle Luzma also has a ring so I can see those two just being an awful fit with each other attitude wise.
Sorry Wizards fans.
Right now, the over/under for Wiz wins is 24.5. I can’t get to a casino for another week. Can’t wait to bet the under.
We tanking. Looking at the new “trust the process” Wizards.
He's not wrong if he wants to be remembered as a valuable contributur to a title team. But I get the feeling he wants to be seen as a top tier guy in that case he needs to win one as a top 3 player on his team
Built different
He’s already better than Charles Barkley in my books
That’s definitely one way to look at your career.
I watch the Draymond clip more than I should.
Translation: I'm just gonna chuck from here on out ...cha-ching
Lol
Jordan Coope
Lmao
the KD effect
He’ll never catch up to Robert Horry with that attitude
Can't believe this MF has a ring and (insert your favorite player here) doesn't
Smh
I can’t wait to tell my grandkids where I was when Jordan Poole won his ring
lmaooo sooo if we read between the lines what is he really saying??
He was definitely critical in helping us get the ring in 22, and I'll always be thankful of that. Wouldn't say he's completely wrong, but I hope this doesn't mean he stopped caring about winning. That was the problem with him last year (albeit understandable because of getting punched in the face).
He is right. If nothing else but an empty stat bucket on lotto teams for the next 10 years he at least got a ring plus a payday.
I unironically think there would’ve been more punishment for Draymond if Jordan Poole was even slightly likeable.
lol
