I'm on board with all of yours except for the last one about the Spurs.
From everything that I understand about this team, it is not built to win. The point is not to try to put together a winning team right now, the point is to try different things, and figure out what's working and what doesn't. Losing games can be demoralizing, but I don't think they're out of their tanking phase yet. So labeling them anywhere on the panic meter feels a little bit strange.
